RETURNS / EXCHANGES

I’d like to return or exchange my order:

All of our jewelry is eligible for a return / exchange, with the exception of earrings (due to sanitary reasons).

Please contact us within 7 days after you receive your order.

Return/exchange fees

For a return/exchange, you will be provided a return address (Canadian order) or a return label (US + International).

Buyers are responsible for all shipment costs.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. Our jewelry is handmade to order so after this time, we can not guarantee that we have not started creating your order.

If you’d like to cancel your order after the 24 hours, there will be a fee up to 25% of the order total to cover any work we started and the time we spent making the jewelry.

All of the jewelry must be sent in the exact condition it arrived in. If an order received a freebie, this must be sent back as well. We highly suggest sending the jewelry with any kind of protective packaging. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a exchange, will not be accepted or sent back. If we feel the products appear dirty, and/or damaged by what appears to be not the shipping carriers fault, the item(s) will be sent back to your address.
