Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

To ensure accurate delivery, nearly all international orders will automatically include tracking. However, some locations may not be eligible for tracking. If we are unable to provide tracking for your package, we will notify you via the contact information you’ve provided.

How long is shipping?

CANADIAN ORDERS:

Our standard shipping is via letter mail, which does not include tracking. Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days within Canada. Upgraded shipping options, including tracking, are available at checkout.

US + INTERNATIONAL

We offer various shipping methods for orders to the United States and international destinations. Delivery times may range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

What is a “processing time”?

Our processing time, as noted at the top of our site, refers to the time it takes for us to craft and ship your order.

My package has not arrived/arrived damaged, what should I do?

Once your package is mailed, it is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend upgrading to our tracked and insured shipping options to cover any potential issues, such as misdelivery, lost packages, or damage during transit.

If your package has not arrived or has been damaged, please contact us at twentysevenjewelryco@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Jewelry

What metals are used in your jewelry?

We primarily use 14k gold-filled and sterling silver for our jewelry, with some earrings crafted from gold vermeil. These metals are skin-safe and hypoallergenic. For more details about the metals we use and how to care for them, please visit our our jewelry care page.

How do I find my jewelry size?

Bracelets + Anklets: Measure your wrist/ankle circumference (this can easily be done with a string and a ruler). We recommend adding 0.5“ - 1“ to the circumference size for your perfect fit.

The standard bracelet size is 6.5 - 7.5 inches.

The standard anklet size is 8.5 - 9.5 inches.

Necklaces: You may use the string and ruler technique, or find your necklace length via a necklace length chart.

The standard necklace size is 16 - 18 inches.

All of our bracelets, anklets, and necklaces come with extenders to help find your perfect fit.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Are the gemstones used in your jewelry genuine?

Yes, all of the gemstones used in our pieces are 100% genuine, and come from reputable suppliers across Canada, and the United States.

Do you take custom orders?

We offer customization on nearly all of our products and are excited to collaborate with you to bring your unique jewelry ideas to life.

Order information

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. As our jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee that production has not begun after this time.

If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, please note that a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Can I change/update my order?

To make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. As our jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee that your order hasn’t already been started after this time.

If you'd like to make changes after 24 hours, please note that a small fee of up to 25% may apply to cover the work already begun

My jewelry broke, what should I do?

Each piece of our jewelry is carefully crafted and inspected for quality to ensure it can withstand everyday wear. However, due to the delicate nature of dainty jewelry, it may break under significant force. If your jewelry breaks within 4 months of purchase, we offer a free repair. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may also offer an exchange for a new piece. In cases where the damage is irreparable, we reserve the right to refuse the repair and offer an alternative solution. For repairs requested after 4 months, a fee of up to $8 may apply.

To assist us in processing your repair request, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the broken jewelry. This will help us understand the cause of the damage and determine the best course of action.

Buyer is responsible for shipment costs.

Can I do a pickup for my order?

Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a pickup. Once we confirm your eligibility for a pickup, we will provide you with a discount code to waive the shipping costs.
