RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All of our jewelry is eligible for returns and exchanges, except for earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order."
Return and exchange fees
For returns and exchanges, we will provide you with a return address. Once we receive the returned jewelry, we will process either a refund (for returns) or send the exchanged item. Please note that buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. As our jewelry is handmade to order, we cannot guarantee that production hasn't already begun after this time.
If you'd like to cancel after 12 hours but within 24 hours, a fee of up to 25% of the order total may apply to cover any work completed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
All jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If your order included a freebie, it must also be returned. We strongly recommend using protective packaging when returning items. Items sent back without prior approval for an exchange will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. If we determine that the products are damaged due to reasons other than shipping, the items will be returned to you.
