Shipping Times:

Canadian orders: Standard shipping for Canadian orders takes 2-6 business days to arrive.

US + International orders: Standard shipping for orders going to the United States and Internationally, have a delivery time of roughly 5-15 business days.

Standard canadian shipping does not include tracking, however we offer services such as Expedited Parcel and XPress Post that includes both tracking and insurance.

US + International orders include tracking and insurance. Upgrades for faster delivery times are available.

Returns / Exchanges:

We offer returns and exchanges on all of our products, with the exception of earrings (final sale due to sanitary reasons). Please check out our shop policies for more information on returns and exchanges.

Customs:

Please understand that all international orders are subject to paying customs, tarrifs, etc. Buyers are fully responsible for paying these fees. We do our best on our end to ensure that the packages have the correct information and tariff numbers, however it can be out of our control. If a custom is not payed, after some time it will be sent back to us.

14K Gold Fill Jewelry:

Gold filled jewelry should be kept away from hygiene products, and harsh chemicals such as chlorine found in pools. Avoid wearing your jewelry to bed, or in other activies that could damage, scratch, tangle, etc your jewelry.

Gold filled jewelry is nickel free, hypoallergenic and waterproof.

Gold Vermeil Jewelry: Some of our earrings are made from gold vermeil metals. These earrings should be kept out of any form of moisture, and harsh chemicals such as chlorine found in pools.

Sterling Silver Jewelry:

Sterling silver jewelry should be kept away from hygiene products, and harsh chemicals such as chlorine found in pools. Avoid wearing your jewelry to bed, or in other activies that could damage, scratch, tangle, etc your jewelry.

Sterling silver jewelry is nickel free, hypoallergenic and waterproof.

Gemstone Care:

Practically all of our gemstones used in our jewelry are waterproof (turquoise should be kept out of moisture to avoid damaging the gemstone). The gemstones can build up a dark colour around the hole, due to a build up of skin cells and debris. To clean, gently scrub with water.

We always suggest keeping freshwater pearls out of water in order to keep their shine.

With some extra love and care, you can add years onto your jewelry’s lifespan.
